Autoheart Set to Ignite San Diego with “Heartlands” Tour Stop at House of Blues on November 20

Autoheart is bringing their emotionally charged, genre-blurring magic back to North America this fall with The Heartlands Tour, a sprawling two-phase journey that spans coast to coast, and it all comes to a head in San Diego on November 20th at the House of Blues. This marks a major moment for fans in Southern California, as the band gears up for one of their biggest shows to date ahead of their highly anticipated new LP, Heartlands, dropping August 15.

Inspired by the momentum of their sold-out 2024 tour, Autoheart’s return is anything but a victory lap; it’s a reinvention. With stops across 30+ cities and multiple sold-out UK dates in London and Manchester, this run is built around connection, catharsis, and the emotional power that Autoheart’s live shows have become known for. The tour arrives in San Diego at a pivotal moment, just two days before the final show in Phoenix. If their past performances are any indication, the San Diego date is primed to be electric, a crescendo of all the tour’s energy and evolution.

The band’s latest single, “Indigo Chateau,” sets the tone for their upcoming album and live show alike. Blending lush piano lines, strings, and jagged guitar textures, the track moves like a surreal dream, equal parts haunting and triumphant. According to the band, it’s a song for “the crooked and cracked and all the more alive because of it.”

The accompanying video, a rebellious fable set in a dystopian dog pound, captures the band’s core ethos: challenge the norm, reclaim your identity, and do it with joy. Other tracks from Heartlands — including “Sad Divide” and “Baby Bird” have already showcased the band’s ability to turn heartbreak into harmony and defiance into anthems. Expect all of that and more live onstage.

San Diego fans will experience the full emotional spectrum of Autoheart’s new material just days before the curtain falls on the North American tour. The House of Blues show promises everything the band stands for: vulnerability without apology, theatrical performance without pretense, and music that hits hard without losing its heart. With the momentum of a new album, a sold-out UK leg, and a sharpened creative vision, this show is likely to be more than just another tour stop; it’ll be a moment.
